Tekbox TBCP1-500 500 MHz Current Monitoring Probe
Tekbox added a new 500 MHz model to its TBTC1 series Current Monitoring probes, that now consists of models TBTC1-200 (10 kHz – 200 MHz), TBTC1-250 (30 kHz – 250 MHz) and TBTC1-500 (30 kHz – 500 MHz).
The TBCP1-500 is a fixed aperture RF current monitoring probe The probe has a very flat response with a 3 dB bandwidth of 500 MHz and is characterized and usable over the frequency range from 30kHz to 500 MHz.The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 25 mm. Its transfer impedance is > 16 dB Ohm in the range from 300 kHz to 250 MHz.
