HDO6000B 4 channel 12 bit high resolution oscilloscope
The HDO6000B is the next generation of high resolution oscilloscopes, now combining 12 bits resolution with a big 15.6″ screen. New is the integrated waveform generator and spectrum analysis capability.
The HDO6000B series is Teledyne LeCroy’s latest implementation of HD4096 technology. Covering the range from 350 MHz to 1 GHz bandwidth, the HDO6000B Series offers a sample rate of 10 GS/s and long memory up to 250 Megapoints. The compact package has a significantly smaller footprint than other oscilloscopes.
