The Rigol DS1000B series 3 channel digital oscilloscopes are available with 70, 100 or 200 MHz Bandwidth. Its 5.7″ display with 64 colors make it easy to view signal details. The 2 Gs/s sample rate and 8 kpts (16 kpts interleaved) memory are adequate for most application. Extensive trigger, cursors, automatic measurements, pass/fail and waveform recorder make the DS1000B an alround performer suitable for a wide range of applications.
