Teledyne LeCroy 60 V Common Mode Differential Probes
Recently, Teledyne LeCroy introduced the DL-HCM differential probe, capable of handling up to 60 V common mode voltage. The probe, which has a measurement range of 80 Volts, is available in a bandwidth of 500 MHz and 1 GHz. This combinatton makes it the ideal choice for low voltage GaN power conversion measurements.
